We ship worldwide. All orders are sent using Australia Post and the cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase. Postage costs varies from pack to pack due to the variations in weight and size of the packs.

All orders are generally sent within 3 business days once payment has been received. Physical products purchased as part of a pre-order will be shipped up to 1 day prior to the scheduled Australian release date (unless stated otherwise). Digital products will be delivered via email on the scheduled Australian release date. Orders are only sent Monday to Friday and excluding NSW public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day. Orders will be sent to your shipping address as determined by your account details, unless we state otherwise.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within Australia and up to 10 working days for delivery for the rest of the world. Please note these are standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs (if applicable). Postal delays are beyond our control.

Please make sure this information you provide is 100% correct before placing an order as we will not be held responsible if you provide us with the incorrect information. Any changes to information contained on your order following fulfilment will be made at the discretion of Social Family Records and changes cannot be guaranteed. If as a result of an incorrect address being provided and your order is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you via email using the email address provided when you placed your order. Please note a reshipping fee will need to be paid to cover the cost of postage. Payment will need to be made prior to reshipping your order. Payment will need to be made via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required to complete this).

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. For International purchases, payments will be converted accordingly. We accept payments by Credit/Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard) via PayPal. Your payment will be processed when you complete all payment steps on the PayPal site. You do not need to be a PayPal member to make a purchase from the SFR Store. Once you confirm the payment, PayPal will charge your credit/debit card and you will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal. Social Family Records does not store, record or have access to any credit/debit card information of our users.

We will send you an order confirmation after payment is received. This includes an order number, your billing and shipping information, which you should check on receipt of it. Please retain this order confirmation in case you need to contact us concerning your order.

There are no returns or refunds on any items purchased from the SFR Store, so please choose carefully.

All pre-order packs, including but not limited to merchandise, items and track listing, are subject to change without notice. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual designs, pack items and merchandising may differ. Release dates are subject to change without notice, however we will attempt to notify you via the email address you provided when order, of any release date changes. You will be notified via email when your physical order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee you will receive your physical pre-order products on or before the official Australian release date of that product.

Digital Products
Digital products will be delivered via email after purchase, except where they are purchased as part of a pre-order, when they will be delivered via email on the scheduled Australian release date. Digital products will need to be downloaded via a link contained within the email. The file is hosted on Dropbox and will need to be downloaded onto a compatible device before being able to access the digital product. You do not need to have a Dropbox account or pay an additional fee to access this. Please note: You will need to download the digital download to a desktop or laptop.

Personalised Products
Where we offer any personalised products that would include a name, the information entered in shipping address details (if different than billing address) when placing your order will be used to fulfil this. If you wish to include a different name you will need to contact within 24hrs of placing your order to have this noted. Please note any requests after this time cannot be guaranteed.

Exclusive Experiences
Where we offer any experiences where you will be required to attend a particular venue or be available at a particular time, we will include information in your order confirmation email advising when and how we will contact you to confirm these details.
